The hotel is located in the city centre of Lille, to be exact on the Rue Jean Bart. Through the central location, it is close to main attractions in Lille like the Palais des Beaux-Arts or the Natural History Museum. In total, the hotel has 5,200sqm space with 127 rooms. It will be operated by WALK HOSPITALITY. German AM Alpha Family Office as hotel investorThe German AM Alpha family office is an extraordinarily active real estate investor. The investment in Lille marks the second investment in France. Besides that, the investor has acquired in March 2021 an – also-newly developed – office building in Dublin.
